A shared calendar nobody opens, and a birthday spotted three days late.
Every date lives in one list and fires on its own — you never look at it again.
For people and HR teams
Upload your roster once. Marley sends every employee a branded birthday card and a “5 years with you” anniversary card, in their own language, at 9:00 their time — and gives their manager and teammates a quiet way to sign it first.

Before and after
A shared calendar nobody opens, and a birthday spotted three days late.
Every date lives in one list and fires on its own — you never look at it again.
A generic “Happy Birthday!” in the all-hands channel, at 4pm, from an admin account.
A designed card in the person’s own language, first thing in their morning, signed by their team.
Work anniversaries remembered for the people who sit near you and missed for everyone remote.
Every start date on file gets its own “N years with you” card on the day, automatically.
Handing your whole HR export to another SaaS vendor.
Four fields per person. No last names, no birth years, nothing about your people sent to an AI provider.
What you get
Put people in groups — Sales, Toronto, the design pod. A few days before a member’s birthday, everyone in the group gets their own link to add a note and a photo. All of it lands on the one card, each note signed by its author.
A quiet email a few days ahead lets a manager add a personal line and a photo. They’re CC’d when the card goes out, so they’re never the last to know.
English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Hebrew, German, Italian and Chinese — including right-to-left layouts that actually look right, not mirrored English.
Include a hire date in your upload and Marley sends a milestone card on the day, with the years counted for you. Toggle it off any time.
Start from twelve designs, then change every block — your logo, your colours, your typeface, an optional perk button. Email yourself a real preview before anything sends.
Open and click tracking on every card, a six-month send chart on your dashboard, and a weekly digest in your inbox — the evidence your recognition programme is running.
Why it works
Recognition programmes die when they depend on somebody remembering. Marley removes the remembering: the roster is the programme, and the cards keep going out through hiring freezes, reorgs and the week everyone is at a conference.

FAQ
Four fields: first name, email, birthday (month and day — never the year), and optionally a start date and a manager’s email. No last names, no birth years, no HRIS integration handing over your whole export.
Export a CSV from any HR system and drop it in. Marley matches common column headings automatically — First Name, DOB, Hire Date, Manager Email and their many variations — and tells you what it skipped.
Every card carries a one-click unsubscribe, and an unsubscribed person is skipped forever without you doing anything. You can also just leave someone off the list.
Yes — that’s the point. Once your list and card are set, every send is automatic. You can preview the exact card any time, and turn any occasion type off in Settings.
No. Marley asks Claude for a language-specific message template containing a {firstName} placeholder, then merges the real name in on our own servers. The AI provider never receives a person’s name, email or date.
